The Villa

Villa Ezzi sleeps up to 7 people arranged over 2 floors and is well equipped and furnished to a comfortable standard with satellite t.v. and air-conditioning to the living area and bedrooms.

The main entrance leads to the upper floor and comprises 2 double bedrooms (beds 2 and 3) both with en suite. Also on this floor is a comfortable living room with fully equipped semi open-plan kitchen, conservatory and adjoining open balcony both with sea views.

The Lower floor comprises the master bedroom accessed from the covered terrace and pool area with ensuite shower room and comfortable sitting area. A further door from the terrace gives access to a large utility room with guest cloakroom, washing machine and drinks fridge.

Bedroom 3 has country views of the vineyard with en suite shower room and can be arranged to suit clients needs with the option of being used as a further double or with 3 single beds.

The grounds
There are plenty of areas within the grounds for ‘al fresco’ dining, either by the pool in the cool shade of the covered terrace or on the upper terrace by the vines where you can enjoy use of the well equipped BBQ and catch the early evening sun. For the healthy eater there are plenty of delicious figs to enjoy freshly picked at your leisure during season.
