| Rentals can be arranged to suit a choice of arrival/departure dates in any one week subject to availability. The prices shown below are for the duration of one week at Villa Ezzi irrespective of the number of people up to and not exceeding seven. Villa Ezzi is offered at consistent weekly rates within each month which include the busy periods of Easter, May Half Term, Summer Holidays and October Half Term. To benefit from these rates an early reservation is advisable. |

| Security Deposit: |
| A £ 500.00 deposit is taken over and above the holiday price for any breakages/damage incurred to the property or content 2 days prior to arrival and returned 2 days following the end of the stay. |
| Terms of Payment: |
| 50% of the total of the holiday price is payable at the time of reservation and the balance is paid 1 month prior to the arrival date. |
